The UPF Fiji chapter is represented by Ambassadors for Peace, who number about 700 nationwide as a result of various seminars and rallies for peace conducted over the last five years in cooperation with international and regional UPF representatives.

The Fiji chapter has been promoting peace in Fiji through peace rallies, peace seminars, and character education programmes in cooperation with the Ministry for Youth, Sports, and Productivity. Service For Peace projects serve various communities and help to create a culture of peace based on a universally shared value of “Living for the sake of others.”

Some significant Service For Peace projects held so far are as follows:

Cleaning and painting stair railings with the theme, “Provide a clean and healthy environemnt for the sick” at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital; cleaning and socializing with children at the Hilton Special School Hostel and St. Christopher’s Home; cleaning and socializing with senior citizens at Father’s Law Home and the Home of Compassion to communicate the vision of “One Family under God."
