Gabon Hosts Central African Leadership Conference

Libreville, Gabon - "Africa at a Turning Point: The Need for Leadership" was the theme of a UPF conference at the Economic and Social Council in Libreville Dec. 6, 2014. It was a sub-regional conference for nations in central Africa.
