The Philippines is a First World nation, if viewed from a spiritual perspective, Global Peace Festival (GPF) Chairman Dr. Hyun Jin Moon said at the GPF International Leadership Conference at the Manila Hotel. "It’s fitting that we have come to this nation of the Philippines that some might consider to be a third world nation, but that I truly know from a spiritual perspective is a first world nation."
