UPF Invites Parliamentary Leaders in Panama and Dominican Republic to World Summit 2020

Panama City, Panama, and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic—Charles S. Yang, regional president of UPF-Central American and Caribbean, met with legislative leaders to invite them to Summit 2020, to be held in Seoul, Korea, in February 2020. On August 1, 2019, he met with Hon. Marcos Castillero Barahona, head of the Panama National Assembly. The next day, the president of the Chamber of Deputies of the Dominican Republic, Hon. Radhames Camacho Cuevas, greeted the UPF delegation.
Dr. Yang was accompanied by Dr. Santiago Rivas, executive secretary of the Forum of Presidents and Presidents of Legislative Powers of Central America and the Caribbean Basin, and Leonidas Belliard, regional director of the Caribbean chapter of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification.
