The Interreligious Association for Peace and Development (IAPD) Africa is pleased to announce a special interfaith event called Africa Spiritual Day during which spiritual and religious leaders will pray together and share inspiration to promote peace and development in Africa. 

Spirituality is Africa’s greatest asset, and with this, IAPD seeks to foster a shiny and bright continent based on the principles of interdependence, mutual prosperity, and universally shared values, in line with the pronouncement by IAPD founder.

The Africa Spiritual Day event will promote spirituality and universally shared values as well as unite believers of different faith traditions to understand that we are one Human Family Under One Creator, despite our perceived differences, as the foundation for peace and sustainable development in Africa.

The February 12 event will feature Imboni, Dr. uZwi-Lezwe Radebe, IAPD-Africa Chairman and founder of The Revelation Spiritual Home; Dr. Katherine Rigney, UPF Africa Chairperson; Cheikh Mansour Diouf, IAPD-Africa Special Adviser and Representative of the Caliph General of the Mourides in Ngor & Ouakam, Senegal; Archbishop Johannes Ndanga, IAPD-Africa Special Adviser and President of the African Christian Council International, Zimbabwe, and many more from other faith traditions.
