The first panel will be moderated by our most esteemed Patron of UPF, Yvonne Thompson, CBE, FRSA: a British businesswoman, managing director of marketing and PR company ASAP Communications, and president of the European Federation of Black Women Business Owners. She will contribute her expertise to businesswomen and female entrepreneurs.

The importance of embracing digital avenues for the quicker stimulation of gender equality will be highlighted by the second two-person panel. Ernest Kanga will give a quick speech to encourage everyone to embrace innovation and technology in the quest for gender equality. The second person is Aditi Sharma, a Senior software engineer at Cognizant Technology Solutions, who will be inspiring us to embrace the digital and AI era.

Also, two Young Achievers will speak about the empowerment of women and male attitudes toward women.

Our male speakers are supporters of women and encourage gender equality. Our individual actions, conversations, behaviours, and mindsets can impact our larger society. Collectively, we can each help to create an empowered gender-equal world.

Now, more than ever, there's a strong call to action to think, act and be gender inclusive and challenge all that is unjust in gender parity.

UPF - UK honours International Women’s Day by holding an annual event to address the inclusion and equality of women in the modern world. UPF is led by a woman, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon.

Join us on March 9th to commemorate this day and this important campaign.
