Moscow, Russia—A UPF team took part in a service project at Vagankovskoye Cemetery.
Volunteers from the Moscow branch of UPF, along with contestants in the Mister and Miss University beauty pageant, a UPF project, took an active part in a volunteer project at the historic cemetery on September 23, 2020.
They renovated and painted the fences at the gravesites of Archpriest Nikolai Lyubimov and the great Archdeacon Konstantin Rozov. We also agreed on the further continuation of such projects.
Several volunteers spoke about their experiences:
“This project has tremendous meaning. I believe that everyone should know and remember the history of their ancestors!”
“When you come into contact with history, especially with places of power, then being in such places you feel a special blissful energy.”
