Peace Tour Inaugurates UPF in Burundi

Dr. Chung Hwan Kwak, Chairman of UPF, inaugurated the Universal Peace Federation in Burundi. The current president, H.E. Pierre Nkurunziza wholeheartedly welcomed Rev. Kwak, who delivered the peace message to an audience of 300.
President Nkurunziza had attended the September 12 Inaugural Convocation of the Universal Peace Federation in New York. A former Vice President, the Deputy Speaker of the parliament, and several members of the current government attended the program.
The event included an invitation for couples to join in a world peace blessing toast of marriage rededication.
