American Clergy Bring Peace Message to Uganda
Wednesday, November 1, 2006
Kampala, Uganda - American Christian leaders delivered the UPF message of peace in eight locations in Uganda.
They said their mission was to proclaim the message of peace of UPF Founders Dr. and Mrs. Sun Myung Moon. During their presentation they made it clear to the audience that they are Ambassadors for Peace because of the vision and guidance of Father and Mother Moon and were proud for the opportunity to communicate this peace message.
In addition to delivering the peace message, they offered prayers of blessing for marriage. One lady in the Kyotera Rakai District shed tears upon hearing the peace message and blessing prayer and pledged to work to rebuild her marriage, which had been on the point of breaking up.
In a Protestant Church in the Masaka District, the local clergy expressed appreciation for being appointed Ambassadors for Peace and pledged to support the vision of peace. The Ambassadors for Peace in Uganda were very impressed by the way which the American clergy testified to the work of Father and Mother Moon.
