Congo Brazzaville—In his autobiography, Rev. Sun Myung Moon (True Father) pointed out that he was clinging to the armrests of his seat during the helicopter crash in July 2008. Thanks to the performance of his morning exercises, this enabled him to survive the crash. This is the reason UPF and FFWPU-Congo planned a sports activity for the Ambassadors for Peace. They have a noble mission and should therefore be in perfect health.
Nearly 45 participants (Ambassadors for Peace and some officials) took part in the "Sports March for Peace". The activity began with the participants taking a stress test. The UPF general secretary then shared some words from True Father where he said: “The body is made to be the receptacle of a holy spirit. It is essential to maintain it well.” The Ambassadors for Peace walked 6 km. The activity, held May 8, 2022, started at 7:00 a.m. and ended at 9:00 a.m. with a group photo and refreshments.
