Tallinn, Estonia—UPF-Estonia and Ambassadors for Peace celebrated the day 12 years earlier when Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon first visited Estonia to establish UPF.
Participants were reminded once again of the keynote address, God’s Ideal Family and the Peaceful Ideal World, that Rev. Dr. Moon gave during his 2005 visit to Tallinn. The speech was read by Avo Martinson, the master of ceremonies and one of the main organizers of the event.
During the October 22, 2017, meeting, Olga Martinson, the secretary general of UPF-Estonia, gave an overview of UPF activities during the last 12 years.
Football club owner Reigo Tõnsberg, an Ambassador for Peace, explained about the football peace project “One Korea,” which recently was organized to support the peaceful reconciliation and unification of North and South Korea.
Konstantin Krylov, the UPF regional secretary general for Eurasia, spoke about the federation’s main activities in the region.
During the event Mrs. Urve Randmaa, who has been working many years in the field of social education, was appointed as an Ambassador for Peace.
