UPF Attends Meeting for Civil Society Organizations in Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires, Argentina—UPF-Argentina attended an event Buenos Aires city’s Strategic Planning Council (COPE) organizes annually that brings civil society organizations and government officials in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area together. Entitled, “The Prominence of Civil Society Organizations in Our Country’s 200 Years,” the event took place on July 14, 2016 at the Usina del Arte, a multidisciplinary cultural center.
Mr. Carlos Varga and Mr. Miguel Werner, director and secretary general of UPF-Argentina, respectively, represented the chapter, which received, along with other CSOs that were represented at the event, a certificate and a medal.
