Lima, Peru—UPF-Peru continues its work to sensitize people about the environment and how to relate to it. Working together with Dr. María Isabel Román and her nonprofit project Organic Bio-gardens: Sowing and Planting Fruit Trees and Medicinal Plants, on November 26, 2017, the chapter coordinated the planting of trees and plants in Pachacútec, an area of Lima, Peru’s capital, where disadvantaged families can benefit from the project.
