Nepal-2017-04-28-Character Education Program in Nepal

Kathmandu, Nepal—Youth and Students for Peace (YSP), in partnership with UPF and the Collegiate Association for the Research of Principles (CARP), an affiliated organization, organized a character education program on April 28, 2017 at the Jaya Multiple Campus, located in Jorpati, Kathmandu, Nepal. Seventy-two students, 10 teachers and the dean of the campus attended the event.

The program, which was emceed by the coordinator of the Nepal chapter of the Youth and Students for Peace, Mr. Keshav Shrestha, featured a presentation on character development, which was given by Dr. Robert S. Kittel, president of the Youth and Students for Peace.

Afterwards, all the students made the Pure Love Pledge, which was followed by closing remarks, given by Mr. Khumar Ghimire, founder of the Jaya Multiple Campus.
