Lisbon, Portugal—UPF-Portugal was invited to an online discussion with Brazilian officials about anti-corruption education.
The engineer Alvimar Pinto from the Chamber of Commerce of the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo contacted UPF-Portugal, explaining that he wanted to discuss potential initiatives and projects within the scope of education, together with Professor Dr. Alessandro Coutinho from the University of Espírito Santo.
Since it is in our interest to find more partners in the scope of character education, we requested and held a meeting on November 25, 2021, along with some partners that UPF considers to have an interest in this matter.
The theme proposed by UPF was "Ethical Education and Anti-Corruption, Particularly in the Portuguese-Speaking Countries."
Those invited for this first and very promising meeting were:
The Board of UPF-Portugal;
Dr. Gonçalo Terenas (Portugal/Africa Chamber of Commerce);
Professor Paulo Oliveira (Lusophone Business Activities Observatory);
Dr. Ricardo Amaral (Lusophone Platform);
Dr. Danilo Salvaterra (Lusophone Platform).
