Planning Projects in Sverdlovsk

Sverdlovsk, Russia - UPF staff members visited the Sverdlovsk Regional Medical College on December 7 and 8. Representatives of UPF and the college have been cooperating for three years, and thanks to similar views, goals, and aspirations, they have become close partners. Meeting in the office of the Principal, Mrs. Irina Lyovina, college and UPF representatives discussed short-term projects and future cooperation and learned to know one another better.

Then Konstantin Krylov, Secretary General of UPF-Russia, gave a lecture on “The Family as a School of Love” to students in the fourth grade. Stimulated by the good humor and the unique approach of the presenter, students shared their reflections in a good atmosphere.

On both events, UPF organized meetings for people in the local community on the following themes: “Religion and Science: Ways to Solve Problems of Modern Society” and “The Values of Co-prosperity and Co-development.” Each meeting was attended by approximately 30 people.
