Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic - With the sponsorship of Hon. Teodoro Reyes, member of Congress and Ambassador for Peace and UPF-Dominican Republic, Mr. Ricardo de Sena gave a lecture on the Relationship between UPF and the United Nations in the Chamber of Deputies on July 14. Mr. de Sena is Director of the Office of Latin American Relations of UPF International.
