Principles of Peace Seminar Held in Argentina

Buenos Aires, Argentina—“Principles and Values for Peace” was the theme of a seminar co-organized by UPF-Argentina and the Family Federation for Peace and Unification Argentina (FFWPU Argentina) from May 9-10, 2015 in the village of Vicente Casares of Buenos Aires Province. Surrounded by nature, the location was an ideal place to share spiritual content.
Lectures on “Principles of Creation” and “Principles of Restoration” were given by Mr. Andrés Melgarejo and Mr. Carlos Varga, director of FFWPU Argentina. Mr. Miguel Werner, secretary general of UPF-Argentina, presented the mission and initiatives of the UPF chapter. A heartwarming life testimony about “Matrimony, Family, and Blessing” was given by an international couple from Argentina and Italy, Mr. Sergio Castellón and Mrs. Rosetta Conti.
Between presentations, there was time for reflection, meditation and exchange between the participants.
The event concluded with the awarding of certificates and reflections from participants on their experiences in the seminar.
