On April 24, UPF was invited to the Moscow Jewish Community Center to celebrate Passover. About 30 people attended the event represented various educational institutions and NGOs in Moscow. The Jewish Center served us Jewish traditional Passover food. A group of Ambassadors for Peace attending the program shared their experiences with the hosts of the Jewish House about UPF's peace programs.
On April 30, UPF of Russia and the International Educational Foundation of Russia organized a program titled “Peace in the family – peace in the world” at the one of the high schools of Moscow. . The guests were very inspired. Around 200 participants attended.
UPF Moscow is actively developing their projects based on the foundation of Ambassadors for Peace in towns around Moscow. One such project was in Kaluga on April 12. The organizer of the festival was the Municipal Experimental School. Sports, a sociological poll, photography, and a musical performance took place on the central Theater Square of Kaluga.
From March 29 – April 2, Mrs. Evdokiya Gaer, a former member of the Supreme Soviet and currently the president of the Russian League of Indigenous People, visited Yekaterinburg. She had a meeting with Ambassadors for Peace in the Ural area, promoting the establishment of good relations among people of regional ethnic Diasporas.
