Address to Peace Summit 2023

I would like to express my appreciation for the invitation to participate in Peace Summit 2023 in Seoul, South Korea. There are important contemporary challenges on the role of the international media that need to be discussed. As much as there are challenges that need to be openly dealt with, there are also dangers that must not be overlooked.
As someone who has worked in media for many years, I have had the unique chance to observed people of great influence in the world, in other words, the movers and the shakers. In that context I can say with absolute conviction that Reverend Sun Myung Moon was a giant of a man who left his mark on human history through his fight against communism and his abiding faith that God will always fill us with strength, courage and hope.
This IMAP session is extremely relevant in a time when values are being boycotted and misrepresented by materialism and ideological opportunism with prefabricated narratives and communist social biases which we cannot support. Ladies and gentlemen, we must remain steadfast and lend our backing to the many initiatives and recommendations that Peace Summit 2023 brings to the discussion table.
I congratulate all the esteemed participants gathered at this global event and once again wish Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon a happy birthday. With deepest appreciation, I pray that the almighty bless Dr. Moon, her family, and the worldwide peace movement with prosperity and abundant peace, harmony, and love.
