Address to World Summit 2020, Seoul, Korea, February 3-8, 2020
One of the reasons for peace and harmony between all religions is friendship; because of this,
this conference is possible. The conference has been characterized by honesty and trust between all of us regardless of our beliefs. One must not separate between faith and friendship since it is our duty to appreciate each other.
South Korea is the symbol of loyalty, honesty, and friendship. The Bible says: “Be completely
humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.”
World peace is the gift of gifts that never dies. That is why one should always look for peace, which we find in God and true friendships like we have here in Korea and other places in the world. The world peace that God has created is necessary for all of us. For example:
- One should not cause trouble
- One should enjoy his work
- One should not be greedy
- One should help the suffering
In the name of peace, one should:
- Forgive
- Accept apologies
- Be kind to one another
- Keep confidences
Finally, I would like to thank all the people responsible for this conference, especially the Moon
family and Hod Ben Tsve from Israel and his friends.
