I would like to thank all the wonderful ladies who spoke today.
The establishment of the International Association of First Ladies for Peace is the “crème de la crème,” the best of the best, as they say in French. The very best of all the associations for peace that were founded by Mother Moon.
None of this would have been possible without Mother Moon, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, the Mother of Peace – and her vision, her commitment, her courage and hard work. And also her family, Dr. Sun Jin Moon and her husband, Dr. Julia Moon and the rest of their beautiful family, who are traveling constantly, touring the world, to bring all leaders together for peace. Your dedication and sincerity shows in your efforts.
Mother Moon believes in the role of women leaders in global problem-solving and peace-building – and she is right, as always.
It’s been a pleasure being with all of you today. It’s been an honor to be among such accomplished, beautiful women.
Thank you, and I am looking forward to seeing you this afternoon.
