Address to World Summit 2020, Seoul, Korea, February 3-8, 2020
Dear participants! Dear Chairman! I am pleased to welcome you to the new series, Central Asia Forum 2020!
As the Chairman of IAPP-Central Asia, I would like to share words of support for this breakout session of World Summit, initiated by the wise leadership and vision of the Founders, Dr. Sun Myung Moon and Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon. For the second time this unique dialogue platform has gathered the world’s leading experts, diplomats and politicians.
Here in Korea, the eastern heart of Eurasia, the spiritual capital of the world, we are discussing the most topical issues. This format is highly in demand today.
Our shared duty is to seek common values shared by humankind which are intertwined into the global geo-economics and geopolitics. However, geo-economics and geopolitics have no meaning without true love. Without true love, it becomes a mere race for power.
Dear ladies and gentlemen! I salute the efforts of the Eurasian Council for International Cooperation and Security to build an effective interaction between Central Asia, Russia, Mongolia, and other Eurasian nations, and a further extension of regional interdependence and world peace through regional and continental security. Our common historical mission as human beings is to connect worlds through true love.
In this regard, I wish this endeavor of yours the greatest success!
Thank you very much and peace be upon your nations and families!
