UPF Projects Presented at Moscow Volunteer Rally

Moscow, Russia - UPF-Russia showcased two of its volunteer projects at the Moscow Volunteer Rally on Dec. 7, 2010, at the State University of Management. This is a key opportunity for volunteer organizations, volunteers, and supporters to showcase their work. The rally opened at the Assembly Hall with a welcoming address by Gusev Alexei Vladimirovich, the first deputy head of the Moscow Department of Family and Youth Policy. Important volunteer projects such as “Kazan-2013” and MAKS, were presented to the participants.

UPF staff and volunteers gave presentations about Play Football Make Peace and the Mister and Miss University Pageant, which promotes beauty, good character, and healthy lifestyle. They also described UPF-Russia's Youth Ambassadors for Peace program.
