Dhaka, Bangladesh - A certificate distribution ceremony for Next Generation Club members who attended an orientation program was held on May 17, 2014, at the auditorium of the Sikh Temple at Dhaka University. The program was arranged by the Next Generation Academy with overall cooperation by UPF.

The Sikh Temple Director Principal Sukomol Barua and UPF- Bangladesh Secretary General Dr. Kazi Nurul Islam were present on the occasion.

Around 25 Next Generation Academy members along with two volunteers from Nepal, Mr. Tika Bishakarma and Mr. Jita Raj Lohani, and some Religious Youth Service participants attended the occasion. Everybody was inspired the speech by the UPF Secretary General and happy to meet the Nepalese volunteers.

The Next Generation Academy is a student club for learning and promoting the UPF vision in Bangladesh. Its focus is on growing to become people of mature character, building healthy relationships and a loving family, and making a contribution to society. It promotes character education following the Discovering the Real Me books and is guided by UPF-Bangladesh.

The Sikh temple director was the chief guest and invited the Next Generation Academy to arrange future programs in his temple auditorium.

Ms. Shampa and Mr. Abser jointly organized the program as masters of ceremonies.
