Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria - Dr. Oyeniyi Oluwashogo Seun, an Ambassador for Peace, took the Global Handwashing Day campaign, Oct. 15, to two schools in Ogun State where he guided the students in washing their hands with soap and donated supplies to the schools.
Honiara, Solomon Islands - As part of the True Citizenship Building Education Initiative, second-hand reading books were donated to seven schools in the Solomon Islands.
Helsinki, Finland - Youth UPF-Finland participated in a media conference on the role of Islam in Western mainstream media on Sept. 27, 2014.
Washington DC, USA - A Religious Youth Service project in the US capital July 21-24, 2014, introduced young leaders to the vision, spiritual heritage and teachings of various religions as the foundation for developing leadership and peacemaking skills. Participants also met with members of Congress and senior leaders of government during the program.
Zugdidi, Georgia - A Religious Youth Service project took place July 13-20, 2014 in western Georgia's historic province of Samegrelo.
Vienna, Austria - Dr. Alexander Karakas, co-founder of the Trialog-Institut, organized a workshop and panel discussion under the title "Between Intercultural Dialogue and Integration" at the Campus of the University of Vienna on June 18, 2014.

Chisinau, Moldova - A Religious Youth Service project in Moldova Aug. 3-6, 2014, included a variety of experiential learning activities and service and promoted interfaith understanding.
Quezon City, Philippines - A Religious Youth Service project on the theme "Interreligious Youth Action in Community Development" took place in two poor areas of Quezon City, Philippines, May 29-31, 2014, in cooperation with Karamay ng Kabataan Center. Participants cleaned and painted at the Toro Hill Park in Barangay Bahay Toro.
