Chacheongsao, Thailand - For the International Day of Families, May 15, a presentation on the “Family as the School of Love” was given to the parents in Plaeng Yao District and participants in Religious Youth Service project taking place in at the school. This was followed by various types of family games. A grandfather (age 92) and grandmother (age 83) entertained everyone with traditional Thai dances, accompanied by two daughters and a granddaughter.
Participants in a Religious Youth Service project and students planted trees at the school. The Women’s Federation for World Peace presented scholarships to 10 students. The scholarships will help students from poor families continue their education up to a bachelor’s degree.
