UPF-Russia Introduces Interreligious Association for Peace and Development (IAPD)

Moscow, Russia—UPF held a webinar on the importance and necessary steps in building interreligious harmony.
The online program of March 10, 2023, was conducted by Dmitry Samko, the leader of UPF-Moscow, and Maria Nazarova, the president of UPF-Russia.
The discussion focused on UPF’s Interreligious Association for Peace and Development (IAPD). One of the goals of the webinar was to tell viewers and listeners about the IAPD goals, objectives, basic principles and philosophy.
Other topics were the importance and necessary steps in building interreligious harmony, and the proposal by the UPF co-founders to reform the United Nations.
There was also a talk about a unique book – World Scripture, an anthology of sacred texts.
The online program gained 30,000 views as well as 10 new subscribers to UPF-Russia’s social networks.
