Day of Families Observed in Bangkok

Bangkok, Thailand - UPF-Thailand and the Family Federation for World Peace-Thailand celebrated the International Day of Families in Bangkok on May 13.
In the hall of the Rung Manee Pattana Community in Bangkapi, 60 pepole participated in a seminar on the theme of “Ensuring Work Family Balance” to raise awareness of the importance of families for the happiness, prosperity, well-being, and peace of Thai society.
The event started with Mrs. Sangkom Netsopa, Secretary General of the Family Federation for World Peace-Thailand, giving opening remarks. Next, Mr. Kamol Thananopavarn, Deputy Secretary General of UPF-Thailand, gave a lecture on the topic of “The Family as the School of Love.”
At the end, all participants pledged to build strong families and practice pure love.
