Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire - A ceremony commemorating the International Day of Families took place at the Abidjan City Hall on May 15. Eugene Ahondjo, Secretary General of UPF-Cote d'Ivoire, explained about the International Day of Families, introduced UPF's five principles of Ambassadors for Peace, and described the central role of the family in social integration.
After the appointment of new Ambassadors for Peace, Hon. Emmanuel Gbocho, a Member of Parliament and chair of UPF-Cote d'Ivoire, offered congratulatory remarks.
