International Day of Families Observed in Republic of Congo

Brazzaville, Congo—About 50 Ambassadors for Peace and other high-level guests from the Republic of Congo attended a program held to mark the UN International Day of Families 2015.
The May 15 event was held by UPF-Congo at the Congress Palace in the nation’s capital, Brazzaville.
After a reading of a message specially written by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, three presentations were given on:
- “The Family Is the School of Love and Peace”
- “The Benefits of Marriage”
- “Family Values and Peace”
