Buenos Aires, Argentina—On May 11, 2019, in commemoration of International Mother Earth Day, UPF-Argentina planted an ibirá-pitá and a pink lapacho in Santa Fe’s Federal Park. The event was also organized to support the Let’s Plant Trees: Let’s Sow Peace campaign (*) promoted by the environmental literacy program Y volverán a ser árboles and UPF-Argentina.

Participants visited the labyrinth of peace and mint, lemongrass and incense plantations. The event concluded with a meditation with crystal bowls, ancient instruments and circular dances for participants to connect with their spiritual essence, their neighbors and the Creation.

Ambassadors for Peace Mr. Eduardo Borri and Mrs. Jackeline Giusti from the Pacis Nuntti Movement; the Federal Park Association; and other organizations coordinated the event.
