Baan Dadthongchareon, Thailand - A Religious Youth Project in an agricultural community in northern Thailand from March 15 to 19 promoted understanding, friendship, and harmony among participants. The 70 Buddhist, Muslim, Christian, and Catholic youth worked together to improve a children's playground, build vegetable and fruit gardens, repair the road inside the school compound, and build a water drainage system.

Abuja, Nigeria - UPF-Nigeria and the Youth Federation for World Peace-Nigeria organized a symposium about universal primary education at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja on July 2. The 2011 Annual Ministerial Review in Geneva, Switzerland, on this topic will focus on "implementing the internationally agreed goals and commitments in regard to education."

Banting, Malaysia - Under the theme ‘1 Community for Peace Service,’ a small town 55 km from Kuala Lumpur was the venue for the Multicultural Youth Service project December 4-11, 2010. Forty youths from all over Malaysia plus two from Thailand and Singapore came together for a period of eight days for the Religious Youth Service experience.
