Stuttgart, Germany - The UPF chapter in Stuttgart, Germany celebrated an interreligious event on February 5, which connected to the “UN World Interfaith Harmony Week.”
Munich, Germany - On the occasion of the World Interfaith Harmony Week that was proclaimed by the UN, the Universal Peace Federation-Munich organized an interreligious conference on February 1. The topic of the event was Living with the one God – Foundation for a Culture of Peace? / Who is God, Jahweh, Allah?
Stuttgart, Germany - UPF-Stuttgart organized a forum on Jan. 15, 2011, with the title “Can Islam be called a peaceful religion?”
At the close of the UN International Year for the Rapprochement of Cultures, several European UPF chapters celebrated the Christmas season by hosting multicultural events featuring music, art and food from around the world. Frankfurt, Germany - People came from as far as 200 km away, enjoying the music of the Frankfurt choir, a recorder quartet, and a children's group interpreting the Christmas story. There was more music, group singing, and poetry readings. Everybody went back home inspired and enriched by the beautiful atmosphere and with a bit of peace in his heart, so much needed during the hectic Christmas season.
Berlin, Germany - UPF-Berlin hosted a Christmas celebration on December 12 that featured wonderful decorations, food, and musical performances to create a happy and joyful atmosphere for Jesus' birthday celebration.
Stuttgart, Germany - Ending the International Year for the Rapprochement of Cultures (2010), UPF-Stuttgart organized an international Advent celebration on December 11. More than 70 people — young and old — enjoyed not only coffee and cookies but also various presentations of international art, culture, and humanitarian service.
Nuremberg, Germany - UPF-Nuremberg held its third annual conference on the topic “Universal Values – Paving the path to overcome religious and cultural Conflicts” on October 23. Twenty-six guests from Christian, Muslim, and Buddhist communities attended along with some 50 UPF members.
Giessen, Germany - Following up on a Middle East Peace Initiative trip to Israel, UPF invited Jews and Muslims to a Sept. 25, 2010, roundtable discussion on the theme of "Reconciliation in Israel and Palestine."
Munich, Germany - On the occasion of the International Day of Peace, the local UPF community in Munich gathered together people from different faiths under the motto “Prayer for Peace and Meditations of the Religions” on September 21. There were four presentations and a round-table discussion, as well as a meditative lighting of candles.
Dusseldorf, Germany - UPF-Germany held a Day of Peace event on September 18 in Dusseldorf to raise awareness about the UN Millennium Development Goals. There was music, dance, interactive learning about conflict resolution, and intercultural exchange.
Stuttgart, Germany - UPF-Stuttgart organized an event for the UN International Day of Peace on September 18. During the event we collected donations for disaster relief in Pakistan, which we forwarded to the United Nations Foundation.
Frankfurt, Germany - After arriving from Paris at Frankfurt airport in the afternoon of August 27, UPF Chairman Hyung Jin Moon and his party went to Gruneburg Park to pray at the Holy Ground established on July 29, 1965 by UPF Founder, Rev. Sun Myung Moon, when he first visited Europe.
Stuttgart, Germany - UPF-Germany hosted a celebration of the International Day of Families in Stuttgart on May 15. Hubert Arnoldi, the UPF representative in Stuttgart, welcomed everyone and introduced the program of the day. Karl-Christian Hausmann, Chair of UPF-Germany, spoke on "The Role of the Family as a Bridge between Cultures." This was followed by three musical presentations of international themes, demonstrating that music can be a bridge between hearts.

April 2010 anlässlich des "Honoring a Legacy of Peace" Festbanketts für den Übergang (Seung-hwa) und der Einheit im Sheraton National Hotel in Arlington, VA. Später wurde die gleiche Rede am 2. April im großen Ballsaal des Manhattan Centers in New York, NY, , im am 4. April im Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, NV, und am 9. April im Waikiki Beach Marriot Resort & Spa in Honolulu, Hawaii, gehalten.

Frankfurt, Germany - Marriage and family play an important role as supporting pillars of German society, according to Christian, Muslim, and Sikh presenters at a Dec. 5, 2009, forum on the relationship between the family and peace.
Nuremberg, Germany - A recent UPF conference on the topic of ‘Basic Values for a Peaceful Society’ invited 38 participants from Germany’s Christian, Buddhist, Islamic, and Unificationist communities to reflect on the underlying principles of peace appropriate to a multicultural and democratic society such as Germany.
Dresden, Germany - UPF convened conference Nov. 6-8, 2009, in Dresden, a city in eastern Germany where people vividly recall the events of October and November 1989 that led to peaceful reunification of their country.
