New York, USA - Despite the sudden outbreak of renewed hostilities between the two Koreas, UPF Founder Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon has reiterated his firm belief that a new era of lasting peace is close at hand. His confident prediction came at the conclusion of the UPF World Assembly 2010, which drew a crowd of over 3,000 at the Manhattan Center in New York on November 22.

Washington, DC - An appreciative crowd gathered near the Korean War Memorial on the National Mall in Washington DC to reflect on the outbreak of the Korean War 60 years ago. The Little Angels Children's Folk Ballet were the star attraction in a special program to honor the veterans from 16 nations who defended freedom on the Korean peninsula.

Jerusalem, Israel - Platinum recording artist and Ambassador for Peace, David D’Or performed with the Israel Philharmonic on June 9, 2010 Mr. D’Or, one of Israel’s preeminent vocalists, has performed with the Philharmonic on several occasions, and for this performance he requested New York City Symphony director David Eaton to orchestrate one of his new songs.

The Little Angels, a children's folk ballet from South Korea, tried to do it Monday with sweet smiles, a few songs and tokens of gratitude they presented to American veterans of the Korean War.
