Tallinn, Estonia - UPF-Estonia organized three programs in observance of the UN International Day of Peace, one for students, another for parents and children, and a third for UPF friends.
The first event took place in a school at a small town, Kehra, about 35 km from Tallinn. Avo Martinson gave a presentation to 25 pupils at the school.
The second program was organized for parents and children; about 25 participated in the event.
The third program was for UPF friends. It included an overview of activities by UPF internationally and nationally and a talk by a lawyer who founded an NGO to promote peace. After the program and refreshments, a young Estonian demonstrated a board game he developed. The objective of the game is to find a way to peace, and players who achieve peaceful results get the most rewards.
