Day of Peace in Mogadishu

Mogadishu, Somalia - Peace-loving people participated in a Somalia celebration of the International Day of Peace. A Muslim leader, Dr. Ibrahim, led in prayers and read passages about peace from the holy scriptures. The Declaration of Peace was read by the UPF Secretary General and interpreted by the Youth Federation for World Peace Chairman. Distinguished people in the audience included Engineer Rukia Osman, a well-known businesswoman.
