Day of Peace in Baku

Baku, Azerbaijan - Fifteen NGO leaders attended an International Day of Peace forum at the NGO Forum Office on September 21. Among those present was Mr. Rauf Zanyi, President of World Azerbaijan Congress and President of the NGO Forum, which has 491 member NGOs and oversees all NGO activities in Azerbaijan.
UPF leader Mr. Nishiwaki was the main speaker and read the UPF Peace Declaration.
