Day of Peace in Moldova

Chisinau, Moldova - The International Day of Peace was celebrated in Moldova with an International Forum for Peace in the main hall of the Family Federation for World Peace headquarters, which organized the celebration together with the International Relief Friendship Foundation. The program included information about the upcoming Global Peace Festival and Leadership Conferences in Moldova, and a reading of the Declaration of Peace. Participants included educators, public officials, health professionals, youth leaders, and journalists. The program was covered on the national radio channel.
Other activities in commemoration of the International Day of Peace included an event at the Tîrgovişte Public Library and a seminar on non-violent communication at the State Pedagogical University organized by the Chief of the Faculty of Applied Psychology.
