Pervouralsk, Russia - On September 21 UPF-Ural, together with Pervouralsk City Congress Deputy Vorobyova Natalya Vladimirovna, organized an event dedicated to the Russia at school #10. Schoolchildren of the first year prepared different handmade items with symbols of peace. Some of them were sent to the children in Caucasus region as a part of UPF's South Caucasus Peace Initiative and the "Urals - Georgia: We'll Be Friends" project.
Children sang songs and recited poems about peace. The leader of the Universal Peace Federation-Ural branch, Yerofeeva Natalya, gave a short speech. After that children and adults wrote peace wishes to people of the world; the messages were put into a bag and sent floating into the sky by 25 balloons. The event was attended by 60 people.
