Day of Peace in Abidjan

Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire - A celebration of the UN International Day of Peace took place in the City Hall of Abidjan. The small hall was packed with 70 guests, including Ambassadors for Peace, candidates for appointment as Ambassadors for Peace, and their guests.
After invocations by two spiritual leaders, Imam Drame Moussa and Rev. Mambo Luc, the Secretary General of UPF-Cote d'Ivoire, gave an introduction to the Universal Peace Federation. Mr. Gabriel Likane, former Secretary General of UPF-Cote d'Ivoire, gave the main presentation, a lecture on the five Principles of Peace.
