Day of Peace Observed in Nangreongo

Nangreongo, Burkina Faso - The International Day of Peace was celebrated in Nangreongo in the central plateau on September 24 under the sponsorship of His Majesty Mogho Naaba and the Managr Naaba Sanem Peace Association.

The Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development, H.E. Ambassador for Peace Jean Koulidiaty, was the patron of the event, which was attended by more than 1,500 people.

Before the event, the Secretary General of UPF planted fruit-bearing and medicinal trees.
