Tallinn, Estonia - UPF-Estonia held an event on the occasion of the International Women's Day on March 8. The total number of attendees was 15, most of them women Ambassadors for Peace. The program consisted of three presentations, two of them by women Ambassadors for Peace, on the topic of “Can Women Contribute in a Unique Way to a More Just and Healthier Society and World?” The third presentation was given by Johann Hinterleitner (UPF Estonia) on the topic of "Hak Ja Han (Moon) - A Remarkable Mother and Woman."
Although the gathering was small, everyone enjoyed themselves and gained a clearer understanding of the UPF co-founder, Mrs. Hak Ja Han Moon. The overall agreement of all participants was that the role of women in creating a better world is much needed and indispensable.
One of the Ambassadors for Peace who had attended the recent World Summit 2013 in Korea gave a brief report about his experiences.
