Presheva, Serbia - Members of the Albanian Peace Council visited Serbia April 26-27, 2014, to organize a peace council in the city of Presheva, the cultural center of Albanians living in South Serbia.
Tirana, Albania - In iits biennial meeting on Dec. 21, 2013, UPF-Albania’s Presiding Council approved 21 decisions, including the General Plan of Activities and the budget for 2013-2015.
Prizren, Kosovo - After listening to reports from local peace council meetings throughout Albania, UPF-Albania's National Peace Council elected new new leaders at its Nov. 16 and 17 assembly in Prizren, a historic city in the neighboring Republic of Kosovo.

Korça, Albania - Following its annual plan, the Local Peace Council in Korca commemorated World Interfaith Harmony Week on February 7. Although the weather was very cold and it was snowing heavily, the theme of "Interfaith Harmony and Korça Contribution" attracted participants and gained the attention of the national media.
Tirana, Albania - UPF-Albania's National Peace Council met November 18-20 to review UPF activities in Albania, Kosovo, and Montenegro. New council members were welcomed and a plan was adopted for activities during the coming two years.
UPF-Albania and the Family Federation for World Peace commemorated the International Day of Peace by distributing school supplies to Roma orphans in Tirana on September 27 and in Shkodra on September 28. Eleven volunteers spent a month raising the funds to purchase the supplies.

Korca, Albania - On the National Day of Orphans, May 21, young people worked with UPF and “Orphans in Focus,” an NGO in Korça, to bring food and a warm family atmosphere to orphans in the city.
