The UN International Day for Tolerance 2014 was observed with a celebration of national cultures in Kamensk-Uralsky and a youth round table in St. Petersburg.
Russia - Under the theme "We Support the Friendship of Nations!" sports activities took place in many cities of Russia on Nov. 16, 2014, the UN International Day for Tolerance.

Moscow, Russia - Lily Romadan, a Young Ambassador for Peace, represented Russia as a participant of the Belgrade Forum for International Security March 22-24, 2014. Her presentation on "Youth Policy of the Russian Federation in the Field of Peacekeeping" was very well received by the delegates and the conference organizers.
Moscow, Russia - Active dreaming—which is also called “lucid dreaming” and “conscious dreaming”—was the focus of the first International Festival of Active Dreams held at the Moscow Peace Embassy. Participants in the event, which took place on March 23, 2014, included leaders and members of charitable groups as well as contestants of the Mr. and Miss University pageant.
